Synopsis: Ines Laidler cook of Claverton Manor’s kitchen, along with her assistant produce all the eating fayre sold in the cafe. The Georgian kitchen is an eclectic mix of old and new where cooking skills throughout the ages has hardly paused. Her portrait on the kitchen wall pictures her with Lloyd Grossman 15 years ago.
